All of the four locations that voted unionize at FedEx Freight remain on the same healthcare and retirement plans as other FedEx Freight team members.

During negotiations in East Philadelphia, the Teamsters proposed that FedEx Freight drivers be moved from the FedEx Freight pension plan to a Teamster plan so underfunded that it was flagged as “endangered” by the U.S. Department of Labor.
